We are kicking off the autumn programmes of training student paramedics in both English and Scottish Universities to ensure they are kept safe when on their first placements, We train them in both moving and handling and conflict resolution. For their efforts they receive awards on the regulated qualifications framework plus post course videos reinforcing the patient handling techniques and non pain compliant breakaway techniques. Before starting we are meeting with our Scottish based trainer for a CPD day to ensure all runs smoothly
