Solutions Training & Advisory have scheduled course dates for our People Moving People train the trainer 4 day full programme and 1 day update programme for week commencing the 24th of June.
Trainer update course (if you are a qualified moving & handling trainer, you are required to attend an update course every 12/18 months to ensure you are retaining and maintaining knowledge and skills. The course is fully updated to mirror the new standards following the recent release of the 7th edition). This 1 day update course is booked for Monday the 24th June. The cost for this course is £225 ex VAT and provides you with a further 18 months’ access to our training materials (trainee workbooks, handbooks, handouts, trainer presentations, lesson plans, the classroom version of our sector bespoke theory course, access to 25 filmed moving and handling scenarios based on techniques used within your sector and role, etc).
People Moving People – full train the trainer course, including the provision of the Q.N.U.K. Level 3 “Moving and Handling Trainers Award” which is on the regulated qualifications framework. This 4-day course was developed to be bespoke to the special education and health & social care sector. The course content and learning outcomes were designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become professional moving and handling instructors. This training will be fully focused on the unique moving & handling tasks you or your staff are likely to face within your unique working environment.
The cost for this course per delegate is £975 (ex VAT) and includes 18 months of access to our industry-leading trainer materials (trainee/trainer presentation, lesson plans, classroom version of the theory course, access to 25 filmed moving and handling scenarios based on techniques used within your sector and role, etc).
The course dates and times are Tuesday the 25th, Wednesday the 26th, Thursday the 27th, and Friday the 28th of June 2024 (4 days) – 9am – 4.30pm

- People Moving People eLearning theory course – The course is fully bespoke to your sector and the roles and tasks of your staff. It has been proven to replace half a day’s face-to-face theory training allowing any classroom-based training to purely focus on the practical elements required for this topic. This is an annual licence that allows staff to take the full course from the outset, and the ability to retake to course with the assessment-only option 11 months later to refresh and maintain the knowledge learned for another year. - Filmed Moving and Handling Scenarios/techniques – 12 months of access to our 25 sector bespoke (to the tasks and techniques that your staff will likely face within their roles) filmed moving and handling clips to support post practical training, this ensures that staff always have access to reaffirm or confirm the skills you have taught them. The clips are accessible through our LMS or can be added to your internal intranet. (As little as 50p per person – Single licence – £14.95, 10 to 99 staff = £250, 100 to 499 staff = £500, 500 to 999 staff = £750)
