We are the only first aid training provider in the UK to guarantee courses will be delivered only by staff that have trained and qualified as and NHS ambulance paramedic or nurse.

We have trained over 1,600 staff at West Midlands Ambulance Services in conflict management alone.

We developed a tailored first aid training programme for The Body Shop, delivering training to over 600 managers across the UK in half the time proposed by others.

We have trained over 800 staff from National Express Transport Group in conflict management.

Our video based training solution ‘People Moving People’, has been adopted by hundreds of hospitals, nursing homes, home care services and the entire UK hospice movement.

It is estimated that over 50,000 people have benefited from our video based training solution ‘People Moving People’, reducing injuries and allowing employers to negotiate reductions in insurance premiums.

Our work to introduce a Stress Management Programme within a leading Government department resulted in a 2% fall in overall sickness related absence during the following year.
