Paul Meek - Founder and Managing Director
Paul has an eclectic business management background. His jobs include an Operations Director in the NHS, an Interim Manager for a London Borough and twelve years as a company Director in the commercial world. Paul has written and produced a number of risk management training resource materials and films. Paul has specialist knowledge of the transport and 999 services where he has lead a number of strategic risk management initiatives. Amongst various qualifications he is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel + Development
Andrew Parker - Chairman

An experienced business leader, with a proven track record of delivering growth and shareholder value. Andrew has provided advice and consulting services to over 100 companies. Until recently he was Chief Executive of a venture capital backed niche leader in Telecommunications Recruitment, where he quadrupled profitability over a three year period. Prior to this, Andrew was a Divisional Director with Securicor Communications. He is a qualified Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Anneliese Smith - Head of Learning & Development
Anneliese heads up a highly trained and experienced team of consultants and trainers. She is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience. Following several years in the NHS, Anneliese worked for 3 years in a hospice and then moved into the private sector where she was a manager in the care sector. She was heavily involved in introducing NVQ's before moving into training and development. Over the last 13 years she has worked as a trainer in a broad range of subjects including Health & Safety, Ergonomics, First Aid, Manual Handling and Conflict Management. Anneliese has a Master of Arts in Professional Studies, Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Adult), NEBOSH certificate in occupational health and safety, City and Guilds D32/34, Advanced theory and practice in Manual Handling ( Southampton University). Anneliese acts as the companies examinations officer and internal verifier and is accountable for the overall quality of learning programmes.
Sharon Mills
Sharon joined Solutions in January 2006 as financial controller. Her duties since then have evolved to include personal assistant to Paul Meek the Managing Director.
Lauren Holian
Lauren joined Solutions in late 2006 straight from college as an office assistant. In 2007 she was upgraded to training administrator then in September 2008 promoted to office manager.

Their backgrounds are all linked to managing higher levels of risk in the workplace and include former Police, Ambulance, Nursing as well as Commercial and Public sector risk management backgrounds. Collectively they have a very wide range of qualifications gained from organisations including the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health as well as memberships of organisations including The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and Institute of Management.
