When you work with Solutions Training, you normally work with one lead health & safety consultant who is responsible for ensuring the full resources of Solutions Training are available to you. Our learning administrators take care of the logistics and our relationship managers are there for you as a single point of contact. Working with Solutions Training … Typically each in-company learning assignment has five stages:
Stage 1: Preliminary meeting
To establish your precise requirements and agree the objective and timing of the proposed performance improvement programme.
Stage 2: Research
To familiarise ourselves with your environment, establish exactly how your staff operate and how results will be tracked and measured.
Stage 3: Solution development
This stage involves the design of all aspects of the project. Diagnostics - Syllabus - Structure - Programme notes - Visual aids - Post delivery reinforcement. This work is conducted at Solutions by a professionally qualified health & safety and learning & development and subject matter expert. This consultant is also responsible for ensuring that the full resources of Solutions are utilised to meet your learning objectives.
Stage 4: Roll out
The programme is delivered by Solutions at your chosen venue.
Stage 5: Review and follow-up coaching
We always contact you to review the outcomes and identify how we may assist the transference of the knowledge into the workplace to maximise impact
For performance improvement to be fully effective, it must be followed up and receive skilled support in the field. Senior management must be 100% behind it.
