Tailored training meets specific need

The Body Shop had a requirement to provide over 600 managers across their UK operations with first aid training. Unfortunately, the courses offered by others lacked the flexibility needed by a dynamic organisation such as The Body Shop. To this end we worked closely with them to develop a tailored fist aid-training programme that met their specific needs.

With Solutions Training, only qualified NHS ambulance paramedics would deliver the course and in addition to being delivered in half the time proposed by others, minimising disruption to the business we provided a post incident telephone debrief service in case Body Shop staff need to talk through an incident, something that is a standard component within Solutions Training First Aid Training courses.
