We will identify your health & safety learning needs for you. Be it at organisation, departmental or individual job level. We will then design a cost effective, compliant and enjoyable learning event(s) to ensure you reduce risks, costs and mitigate liability. We may recommend instructor lead, on line or a combination of methods to meet your needs. We will pick a learning & development specialist with technical knowledge of the health & safety issues you want to address. We can offer accreditations as required from the following bodies. The Institute of Occupational safety & Health, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, EDEXCE, and HSE approved (for first aid training. We offer e learning courses approved by the Royal Institute of Public Health.

Course Introduction

Health & Safety training needs may exist at organisational, departmental or job function level. People who have a health & safety learning need will themselves have different learning styles. Although health & safety law requires compliance, it is however essential that learning is based on two factors. Firstly the statutory requirement to provide basic awareness and additionally to ensure that staff are competent to work to the findings of risk assessments.
